Bio-Identical "Natural" Hormone Replacement
 

One of the fastest growing areas in the treatment of menopause is the use of BIO-IDENTICAL HORMONES such as  PROGESTERONE and ESTROGENS. Many women taking synthetic progestins experience unwanted side effects such as depression, headaches, malaise, fluid retention, nausea, irritability and break-through bleeding. PROGESTERONE, the bio-identical progestin, has very few side effects and is well-tolerated. Progesterone helps to maintain hormonal balance and avoid the symptoms of "estrogen dominance" (i.e. fluid retention,  breast tenderness, fibrocystic breast disease, weight gain, loss of libido, agitation, etc.)Progesterone is also used by physicians to help with frequent miscarriages and in vitro fertilization.
